PRIMUS Telecommunications, Inc., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRIMUS Telecommunications Group, Incorporated, an integrated communications services provider that offers bundled voice, data, Internet, DSL, Voice over IP (VoIP), wireless, Web hosting, enhanced VPN applications, broadband voice, and other value-added services. PRIMUS looked for the most effective VoIP infrastructure solution that could provide immediate ROI benefits while delivering a future-proof plan that afforded PRIMUS the flexibility to grow their network. PRIMUS selected Veraz Networks as its VoIP equipment provider due to cost advantages and the flexibility of Veraz's open architecture to support future service deployments. By implementing the Veraz solution, PRIMUS has reduced capital and operating expenses by about 50 percent.
