IAP Worldwide Services (IAPWWS) offers procurement and tracking services to their worldwide customers ranging from US Military to Public and Private sector organizations. Stylus was approached by IAP Worldwide Services to develop their Procurement and Tracking management system. The challenge here was that there was no single comprehensive application that addressed all their requirements. A number of business processes were not documented or formalized. Stylus had to document all the business processes and map it to the overall requirements. Stylus successfully developed and implemented the "Global Procurement & Tracking System" linking it to email servers to send POs/RFQs (Plain text, PDF File, XLS, XML formats), and mail notifications to the concerned person in case of shipment delay, undelivered items etc.
