PBR is an Australia-based manufacturer of automotive brake components that has been in business for more than 75 years. When its online training program was introduced in 2001, the Knoxville, TN, manufacturing facility (PBRK) ran 24 hours a day and employed over 450 people. PBRK's classroom program for compliance training had a history of high costs, resource strain, scheduling challenges and mediocre results. The facility now meets its compliance training requirements with 20 GoTrain environmental safety and health courses and two custom courses, delivered through the GoTrain Academy platform. PBRK valued the consistent, instructionally sound design approach of GoTrain courseware, and found the robust GoTrain library covered its full spectrum of training needs.
