Symantec delivers integrated products and expert services to assess, protect, enable, and manage business processes and information assets. While there was legacy courseware available for the previous release of ESM, Symantec needed their instructor-led training materials updated to reflect three major changes. Symantec selected Cadmian to provide critical skills in instructional design and educational measurement for the Enterprise Security Manager (E.S.M.) product. In addition to designing both course material and an on - line exam for ESM, Symantec engaged Cadmian to design the master FrameMaker Templates and Usage Guide for all future course development.
