ACO Technologies Plc, the leading drainage technology specialist and part of the ACO Group, has signed a £300,000 contract with XKO Group, a UK listed provider of managed IT services and applications. ACO was looking for a supply chain software solution that could provide it with competitive edge. Over a period of 12 months, ACO had extensive talks and demonstrations from several leading international IT suppliers, including JD Edwards and Navision. XKO won the competitive bid because its leading supply chain product, X3, was the only solution that matched and exceeded ACO's needs and put the company at a strong competitive advantage in the building suppliers' market.
