Cherokee Nation Enterprises (CNE) draws most of its revenue from gaming machines. Seeking to increase revenues, CNE needed a solution that could increase machine uptime by streamlining IT processes and reducing recurring problems. CNE has implemented PeopleSoft Enterprise HelpDesk with CRM Portal Pack to support the increasing help desk call volume of its rapidly growing enterprise. This implementation resolved support issues quickly and effectively, reduced the need to reopen service tickets, eliminated spreadsheets and manual data entry from IT processes and deployed a centralized solution to gaming machine technicians on wireless devices. It also supported strategic decisions with IT metrics.
