CGI Group Inc., a global information technology provider, had experienced rapid global growth since 1998, and management needed a better view into sales activities to determine future revenue growth potential for the company. Its business developers were using multiple, disparate systems and processes, so getting a complete picture of potential sales revenue was challenging. CGI chose PeopleSoft Enterprise Sales as part of its overall PeopleSoft enterprise software implementation to manage sales from a global perspective and get a better view of sales activities and revenue for the future.
