In order to achieve enhanced customer service, Belgacom, Belgium's leading telecom supplier needed to implement a customer relationship management (CRM) architecture that would provide a centralized view of all customer interactions regardless of the channel and product. With assistance from PeopleSoft's consultants, Belgacom implemented PeopleSoft CRM Solutions. The first phase involves the use of PeopleSoft Support and Interaction Management to manage customer contacts by fax and email.
