Seeking an instant, real-time view of its entire global workforce, Baxter Healthcare recently upgraded to PeopleSoft 8 Human Capital Management (HCM). Baxter Healthcare recently began to look for ways to work more efficiently so it could free up more resources to support growth and operational excellence. The company wanted to better allocate its HR resources. Baxter Healthcare has successfully upgraded to PeopleSoft 8 HCM with the goal of providing better, more strategic HR services at a lower cost.
