Emerging 3G services necessitate the convergence of information processing, multimedia content, communication and networking technologies and infrastructure. The introduction of 3G services and networks introduces newer levels of technical complexity coupled with the need for cost-effective services. The NGOSS programme is a TM Forum initiative to deliver frameworks that guide development, deployment and application of Operations and Business Support Systems in the telecommunications industry. This white paper is aimed to present how NGOSS work has been reified in AlbatrOSS 3G environment, and how the principles defined by the NGOSS program have been fulfilled within AlbatrOSS.
