Getting access to information whilst on the move has become an integral part of business life. Today employees, partners and consumers have an unprecedented volume of information at their finger tips, with an increasing need to access these sources of information when on the move or away from their normal place of work or access. At the same time, mobile solutions can be complex to implement and challenging to support. This paper gives an overview of the general options, issues and solutions available using Microsoft's Windows Mobile platform, including Smartphone, Pocket PC, Outlook Mobile Access and Exchange Server 2003.
