Wireless systems employing multiple antennas at the transmitter and the receiver can achieve extraordinary bit rates. Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) significantly reduces receiver complexity in multi-antenna broadband systems. This paper introduces an algorithm for blind channel identification and equalization in OFDM-based multi-antenna systems. The approach presented in this paper employs nonredundant antenna precoding, uses second-order cyclostationary statistics, and yields unique estimates (up to a phase rotation for each symbol stream).
