This paper is a preliminary specification of the IPv6 Quality of Service (QoS) tests that will be carried out by the various partners in 6NET. The paper describes the QoS testbed infrastructures of the various partners and the tests that will be performed. The majority of the tests will be concerned with the provision of Differentiated Services both within the partner networks and between partner networks across 6NET.
