Powered by PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal, Capital One integrated PeopleSoft Financial Management and HRMS into a self-service portal. Now, employees have real-time access to internal procurement, travel and expense, and employee benefits information, accelerating these important internal functions. Reduce the number of days to process employee expense and travel reports. It ensured the employee purchases adhere to corporate cost-management initiatives and enabled employees' self-service maintenance of personal and benefits information.
