Compliance management specialist OpenPages has PricewaterhouseCoopers's Internal Controls Workbench compliance software. OpenPages will provide PwC's clients with support for its internal controls documentation efforts as well as an upgrade path to OpenPages' application for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. The company will also offer PwC's current ICW users special incentives and the industry's only facility for automated data transfer from ICW to Sarbanes-Oxley Express, SOX Express. The company added that SOX Express can help corporations automate significant aspects of their internal controls framework to significantly reduce the overall cost of compliance.
