Envision Financial is Canada's third largest credit union which provides financial services. In order for the merger to be successful, Envision Financial needed to integrate the existing independent networks, with the added challenge of integrating the new network with Delta's legacy PBX. Envision Financial decided to implement the Cisco Architecture for Voice, Video and Integrated Data (Cisco AVVID). In the IP environment, all employees now have a dedicated Cisco IP phone and phone number they can take with them when they move from branch to branch.
