Wildlife Center of Virginia (WCV) is nation's leading wildlife hospital. WCV leaders realized that to keep the organization at the forefront of its field and at the same time expand its education efforts, technology solutions were needed. WCV implemented Cisco Systems, which provided a network for efficient e-mailing and internal operations, an e-commerce application for 24-hour donations, digital image reception for remote care, video conferencing capability for training, streaming video for e-learning and wireless cameras for patient monitoring.
