Preston, Gates & Ellis LLP (Preston) is the second largest law firm in the Pacific Northwest. Preston implemented an end-to-end Cisco Systems network combining voice and data in their Seattle office. The new network is providing increased functionality and convenience, as well as significant cost savings. It is also performing flawlessly in an environment where reliable and responsive voice communication is absolutely essential. The firm's 15-year old PBX telephone system was outdated, it provided voice communication with iron-clad reliability, which was replaced by Cisco Systems.
