David and Melinda Rickett are the owner-managers of Creative Edge a Truro based Design and Multimedia Consultancy. The Ricketts were disappointed that the West Country was being "ignored" by broadband suppliers and were delighted when they were offered the chance to connect. The Ricketts were connected to ADSL. Since the Ricketts connected to broadband they have seen productivity and profits increase and costs reduced. They have also taken on an additional member of staff to manage the extra work.
