This paper shows actual prices as of 1 January 2004, for services offered to residential subscribers only. It covers 3 main types of access: dial-up via a standard telephone line, ADSL and cable modem. The prices covered also include, where applicable, charges related to the access "service" (e.g. the telephone line) as well as the ISP service, in order to build a picture of the total cost experienced by the user.
