The client is a leading department store chains based in the Midwest. As part of their expansion into the Internet and catalogs, this retailer needed a multipurpose, value-added customer document to serve as an invoice, pick ticket tag, shipping record, and customer return label with instructions. The e-Forms and printing specialists at Source Technologies utilized their popular FormsPartner e-Forms software and teamed it with Lexmark Optra T 616N laser printers. Based on an embedded store code in the print datastream, FormsPartner dynamically recognizes, processes and routes the document to the printer personalizing the output for that transaction.
