This paper describes technology that facilitates the application of object-oriented modelling, and the Unified Modeling Language in particular, to the Semantic Web. From an ontology specified in UML, a corresponding RDF schema and a set of Java classes can be automatically generated to facilitate the use of object diagrams as internal knowledge representation structures and the import and export of these as RDF documents.
