SEBRAE-SP is an independent, not-for-profit social service agency. First, they designed an IT strategic plan to restructure their department - customer relationship management (CRM) system, financial administrative system, infrastructure, support, and networking, including corporate systems. But because SEBRAE was anticipating substantial growth in its network, it needed a system that could handle the load. SEBRAE-SP purchased the following modules of Oracle E-Business Suite: General Ledger, Payables, Purchasing, Receivables, and Cash Management. SEBRAE-SP has improved its operations in a number of ways using Oracle E-Business Suite. It has consolidated financial data and now completes cash and accounting reconciliations more quickly. Electronic payment slips make for improved financial and administrative management and standardized payments.
