Atmos Energy Corporation is one of the largest pure natural gas distributors in the United States. The goals were to integrate business systems, optimize work management and extend single system for human resources to all divisions. Atmos Energy choose Oracle E-Business Suite because of its ease of implementation and comprehensive solutions. Atmos Energy became one of the first adopters of Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (eAM), part of Oracle E-Business Suite. Oracle eAM helped Atmos Energy comply with the U.S. Department of Transportation requirements. The efficiencies created by Oracle Human Resources and Payroll have allowed Atmos Energy to reduce its HR staff.
