Braathens ASA is an airline company in Norway. Braathens's success as an airline is based on strong marketing - telephone, internet, and direct marketing - to continually grow its customer base. It became clear though, that a more customer-focused marketing activity would bring dividends in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and ultimately, bottom line results. The company sought a partner to provide an integrated e-marketing solution for a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy.
