Alpha Grainger Manufacturing, Inc. is a Franklin, MA-based, ISO 9002-certified producer of precision screw machine products. The problem Alpha Grainger Mfg., Inc. faced was the need to replace a backup appliance that had come to its end-of-life and was no longer supported, coupled with expensive costs for hardware replacement parts. They chose Storactive LiveBackup as the replacement solution because it not only provided the same functionality that the old solution provided but has added new dimensions. They no longer have to schedule workstation backups to capture the previous day's work. LiveBackup provides for real-time capture of changes made to all files with a minimum amount of network traffic.
