US-VISIT (United States Visitor and Immigrant Status Indicator Technology) is a government wide program to enhance national security, facilitate legitimate trade and travel, contribute to the integrity of the U.S. immigration system, and adhere to U.S. privacy laws and policies. This report identifies risks inherent to US-VISITłan entry/exit process that enhances the integrity of the immigration system while respecting the privacy of visitorsłand makes a series of recommendations regarding the planned scope of the program and its management system.
