Gleason-Pfauter is a subsidiary of the Gleason Group with plants in the USA, Germany, Great Britain, India and Switzerland. Engineers had to take hard copies of documentation around with them, which was very laborious. Gleason-Pfauter decided to implement a solution based on Citrix MetaFrame Secure Access Manager and Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server. Now, engineers working at any company site are able to use the nearest available PC with Internet access to log on to Gleason-Pfauter's documentation server. Gleason-Pfauter strengthens the security of its Citrix remote access solution with additional protection from RSA SecureID.
