Morse first investigated and gained an understanding into the customer's operational requirements for deploying Citrix and Windows Terminal Server technology, including potential costs and migration strategies. Morse was able to help this customer streamline its internal and external business affairs by providing a standard Intel-based desktop functionality and applications to approximately 3,000 Unix Workstation users, 2,000 of which were based in the UK and 1,000 in Italy. It then implemented Citrix and Windows Terminal Server 4.0 across the customer's business divisions and sites.
