Due to rapid growth and in response to demand, this customer had commissioned a software house to create a customised SAP solution. However, the customer's other offices, located in New York, Munich and Paris, also needed 'live' access to the London system. Citrix 1.8 MetaFrame offered the ability to publish applications while incorporating a true 'thin' and 'thick client server relationship. Morse deployed a solution, which included an X.21 cloud from an ISP to provide communications between all the customer's sites.
