Phase 2 Telesystems is ranked ninth in the nation for wireless resellers. With 27,000 current customers and an average of 3,000 new customers per month, the company needed a solution that would plug and play to meet new staffing and customer service requirements. Phase 2 deployed more than 80 Wyse Winterm thin clients, running on dual servers that handle between 35 and 45 clients each. Phase 2 provided outstanding customer service using the Winterm desktops. Nearly 95 percent of the 12,000 calls received in a recent month were answered by a live person. The other 5 percent were on hold for an average of 6 seconds.
