Time Warner Trade Publishing (TWTP) is one of the world's leading book publishers. Much of TWTP's operation had retained a print orientation. TWTP decided to implement a company-wide digital asset management (DAM) system to provide a centralized facility to support digital distribution. Accenture developed and managed the implementation process for DAM technology. TWTP's "assets" included a wide range of materials, including books, book cover images and author biographies. The DAM solution greatly enhanced TWTP's ability to quickly feed electronic retailers, right from their desktop computers.
