This report details findings from a review of federal organizations involved in national or multi agency cyber Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) activities. The reviewer's objectives were to identify the federal civilian, defense, and intelligence organizations involved in protecting critical infrastructures from computer-based attacks, and their responsibilities, current organizational placement, and source of authority; identify the organizations' relationships with each other; and determine appropriated CIP funds for each organization.
