The objectives of this report were to assess the pace and progress of efforts by the Departments of Health and Human Services (HHS), Energy, and Commerce and by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to implement CIP requirements to protect their own critical infrastructures and assets from cyber and physical attacks, as prescribed by PDD 63 and Executive Orders 13231 and 13228. To assess the pace and progress of efforts by the agencies to implement requirements to protect their own critical infrastructures and assets, the report analyzed CIP plans and other documentation of efforts to implement CIP requirements.
