Mahr works with the automobile industry, mechanical engineers, manufacturers of optics and electronics equipment and synthetic fiber and elastomers manufacturers. Mahr needed to eliminate non-business related Web surfing and stem an ever-increasing tide of spam. The high compatibility of Proventia Web Filter and Proventia Mail Filter with the company's Windows 2000 server convinced Mahr to choose them for their content security needs. Mahr also likes the Daily Report feature of Proventia Mail Filter because at the end of the day it allows Mahr employees to review quarantined e-mail, choosing which messages they want to receive and which should be blocked.
