The Financial Center provides financial products and services to members of the Indianapolis and Marion County community. Its existing Tadiran PBX and Octel voice mail and auto attendant systems were not compliant. After more research into converged communications products, the Financial Center found Credit Union Interaction Center (CUIC) from Interactive Intelligence. CUIC was a bundled communications application suite that used a single, Windows-based platform to run a variety of productivity-enhancing applications for credit unions. The Financial Center has reported increased productivity and improved customer service by having the ability to present a unified front to members, despite its many branch offices.
