OnDO SIP Server has a function to authenticate REGISTER and INVITE requests from SIP user agents. OnDO SIP Server queries its user directory if the request is valid or not through an authentication plug-in. A user directory means a user database that has user name, password, etc. OnDO SIP Server uses a built-in user directory database and a plug-in by default. However you may want to utilize other existing user directory service (a user database or authentication server) for the authentication at OnDO SIP Server. It is possible by creating your own plug-ins.
