The State of Chihuahua in northern Mexico is bordered on the north and northeast by the United States, to the West and south by the state of Sonora, and to the southeast by the state of Sinaloa. The government of the Mexican state of Chihuahua intended to improve the quality of its service and communication with more than 4,000,000 residents, including citizens in remote areas. To address this challenge, the government implemented an integrated communication and services platform based on Siebel Public Sector applications that consolidates all service information in one system and supports quality service through a choice of communication channels to citizens in every part of the state.
