Since 1986, Common Cents Bookkeeping has provided quality bookkeeping, software support, and training to small and medium-sized businesses. This one-person business, owned and operated by Irene Coon, assists clients with systems implementation for more efficient business operations and computerized accounting functions. As her business grew, Coon found that the frequency of on-site customer visits consumed too much of her time and was not cost-effective for her or her clients. Coon finds Symantec's pcAnywhere to be an invaluable tool in meeting her clients' software training and technical support needs. When a client needs assistance, Coon can connect to the office using pcAnywhere and view what is happening onscreen without leaving her home.
