The Nortel Networks solution delivered to Unilever Malaysia comprised the Succession Communication Server for Enterprise (CSE) 1000 - a server-based, full-featured IP PBX, providing the benefits of converged voice/data capability plus advanced applications and over 450 world-class telephony features, all over a single network.
