Kiwi Dairies is a $3.2 billion company with 4,500 employees across Australasia. It has the largest dairy factory in the world at Hawera, mid-way down the North Island of New Zealand. The challenge was to improve customer relationships, moving forward with a targeted e-business strategy. Unisys helped Kiwi establish its e-business strategy, design business processes, develop Internet software solutions, integrate to back-end legacy systems and manage the systems and project. Unisys is also helping Kiwi grow revenues from $100 million to $800 million, dominating the rural retail market. Creating new business models and new online channels for selling their goods and services will do this.
