Tele Danmark Call Center Europe, the company works together with its customers to develop strategies and concepts for customer communication and service. The challenge was to develop a technological platform to optimise call centre effectiveness and increase customer self-service by providing multiple access points for anytime/anywhere service. Tele Danmark implemented a Symposium Call Centre Server from Nortel. With implementation, Tele Danmark quickly gained a 15% efficiency improvement due to skill-based routing in the Symposium.
