Eltel Networks, electricity and telecom network field service, has 50 mechanics using Waplane over WAP intending to increase the user-base to 600 mechanics. Eltel Networks Oy is satisfied with the Sofor co-operation and considers WAP as a well functioning communication tool for their business. With this WAP based order follow-up system Eltel has reduced the number of phone calls from customers asking how are their projects proceeding. As a result, field workers can immediately report project progress and assign new projects on the field.
