Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) is Taiwan's largest and most important telecom operator, providing fixed, mobile and data services. The challenge was to build a single mobile portal and develop new 3G revenue opportunities. Chunghwa implemented Ericsson's Multi Access Service Platform (MASP), Systems Integration and content management. This solution benefited by giving personalized end-user services, simple and easy to use services, easier content management and new services development. CHT was also able to offer its subscribers, a personalized and bi-mode emome, Wappie and PIM (Personal Information Management) system.
