The Formosa Optical Group is an optical retail chain, with its headquarters in Taiwan. It was faced with the difficulties of greater territory coverage and cultural differences when venturing into China. They turned to mySAP Retail to implement a centralized, uniform and timely control management system. The company is now able to easily check sales at the various outlets and analyze the performance of different products in different places, including the turnover and profitability of a single product. There is also better stock maintenance, resulting in cost reductions and greater efficiency.
