This paper describes a network management tool, called Tunnel Builder Pro, for computing and establishing Fast Reroute Label-Switched Paths (LSPs) that protect against node, link and Shared Risk Link Group (SRLG) failure in a manner that ensures bandwidth availability in the presence of failures. As a result, Tunnel Builder Pro provides a means for increasing the level of Quality of Service (QoS) assurances a network operator can offer.
