This paper supplements the configuration and expansion of the HP StorageWorks Modular SAN Array 1000 solution with an Oracle 9i Real Application Clusters (RAC) environment. This paper also provides procedures for Hot Add of a Model 4214/4314 or 4254/4354 Disk Expansion Enclosure to an existing Modular SAN Array 1000 as well as procedures for adding an additional Modular SAN Array 1000.
