DCW Software is one of the leading German manufacturers of standard software solutions for business. The company wanted to expand its customer base by offering hardware and operating system independence while also facing the challenge of international competition. To meet these goals, DCW needed to move existing applications to a client/server environment. DCW's development team used Rogue Wave Standard C++ Library, Rogue Wave Tools.h++, Rogue Wave DBTools.h++, Rogue Wave Analytics.h++, and Rogue Wave Money.h++ to build its client/server products. DCW saves time and development effort by using DBTools.h++ for native access to relational databases, plus general connectivity through ODBC.
