Information Technology Services provides IT Management and Outsourcing Services. In particular, the company provides services in asset management, help desk, and the maintenance and management of 90,000 workstations. Previously, they used customized applications built upon Remedy's Action Request System (AR System), but decided to move to out-of-the-box Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) for the Enterprise applications. A critical factor in moving to the out-of-the-box applications is that Remedy's ITSM suite has been certified as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-compatible by Pink Elephant.
