An orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system with frequency hopping (FH) and time division multiple access (TDMA) is proposed with the resource allocation algorithm. The proposed OFDM/FH-TDMA system is designed to support integrated data and voice services efficiently. The other-cell interference (OCI) is reduced by using FH, and TDMA compensates the bandwidth inefficiency of voice users.
